Is it possible to visit the company?
Yes, company visits can be organised, by previous book with the Sales manager.
 
 
Do you have external certifications? wich ones?
Yes, we are certified according to the quality norm NP EN ISO 9001:2000 and OKO-TEX Standard 100, class I. We respect and accomplish also the requirements of the Social Responsibility norm SA 8000.
We are implementing the norms ISO 14001 (environmental management) and OHSAS 18000 (Security and Hygienic Occupational).
 
 
Is there a product research and development team (R&D)?
Yes, we have a working group dedicated to develop solutions and products to always improve our offers to the customer. We continuously learn with our clients and we work to improve his efficiency.
 
 
Do you develop collections? How can we know them?
Yes, twice every year we present our products proposals using our collections brand “HTEN”. They may be seen at the exhibitions were we attend, at our facilities or by booking a visit with one of our commercials. You can also choose to visit our on-line collections on web site.
 
 
And specific collections for clients, do you develop?
Yes, we co-operate in developing accessories collections using our team exclusively or together with our client's creative department.
 
 
Do you keep stocks?
Yes, we have several products in stock, namely the ones we present on our brochures like; Satin ribbons, piping’s, several ribbons, Lycra elastics, Moiré ribbon, simple elastics, elastics with cord, shoe elastics, several labels, etc
Visit our Cash&Carry warehouse and acknowledge all our products offer kept in stock for immediate sale.
It’s also possible to consult our on-line catalogues and demand samples and prospects of desired products.
 
 
How can I buy?
The usual way is to contact our commercial department by e-mail or phone. You can also come to our facilities and be attended by one of our client’s manager or visit directly our warehouse. Founded the product you want and accepted the supplying conditions, you can have your products. To new clients, an opening procedure is applied.
 
 
How do you present prices and how long are they valuable?
Normally for catalogue-stock products we have price lists. For other products prices are made considering the characteristics of the product and quantities.
On both cases prices are presented on numbered quotations and sent by e-mail.
Prices can vary without prior notice, except on expressed negotiated cases.

 
 
Do you have colour charts for your products?
Yes, for printed items (Heat-transfers and printed labels) we use all the graphic Pantone has reference for colours. For textile products (Labels, Ribbons and Elastics), we propose our extensive range of colour charts by product. We use also textile Pantone to develop the colours.
 
 
Can you develop special colours using client’s samples? What are the minimums?
Yes, we have our own means to reproduce colour in textile materials, namely: Woven Labels, Ribbons and Elastics.
The minimum to reproduce a special colour in dyed products is 1.000 meters. Demand us the conditions to make special colours.

 
 
Can you make samples? Are there costs involved?
Yes, we develop samples and there associated costs depending on the type of product. Demand us the costs to develop samples.
 
 
What are the minimums to order?
Minimum quantities depend on type of product.
For stock products, minimums are smaller. Customized products or needed to be produced specially, only by consult we can answer precisely.

Do you produce small quantities?
Yes, it’s possible to produce small quantities, approving the supplying conditions, namely price, quality and delivery dates.
 
 
How long you take to deliver an order?
Delays vary according to the type of product, production needs and quantities.
Stock products have delays between 1 to 5 days.
For products needed to be produced, deliveries have to be confirmed with the order, but it is usual as reference to consider delays between 2 and 4 weeks.

 
 
Is it possible to have a quality control report?
Yes, if the client demands, we can supply with the product a quality control report made during the production of the his order.
 
 
Can we have technical specifications of the products?
Yes, by express demand of our clients we provide technical details of his products.
 
 
Does the company have laboratory for tests?
Yes, we have a well equipped laboratory were we realize several physic tests. Consult our quality department to know all the tests we are able to do for you.
 
 
How do you organize the transports?
We organize transports according to client’s demand, namely using designated transport company. The client can always decide to pick up the goods at our company.
The transport cost is client’s responsibility, except otherwise is negotiated.
